Best way to sculpt upper body fast

Thank you all for this thread cuz I was just looking for something for my upper body too. However, do you girls also feel that your arms bulked up a little if you are lifting heavy? I want to avoid that since I want leaner & defined arms for my strapless wedding gown next year, but it's hard not to add weight when I am used to the weights I am lifting.

Any suggestions?

Endurance type workouts will help show off the hard earned muscle S&H gave you. Try PH or ME upper body workouts 2 or 3 times per week. Don't forget cardio either and clean eating. It is usually suggested that you train in phases, muscle building for 6-8 weeks, endurance for 6-8 weeks and circuits for 3-4 weeks. Good Luck!

That depends on your body type as well (and on your eating habits: eat more calories to build more muscle, fewer to not build). I am pretty much an ectomorph on top, so I don't build easily. There was a time when my traps were getting bigger than I like, so I just modified moves that would work them too much. Otherwise, I'm very happy with results I get from heavy lifting (which increases strenngth more than size, actually).
