Cathe, I was wondering if you could point me in the right direction. I run 3 days a week (Unfortunatly, I have NO coordination to do your step tapes) and do one of your tapes 3 days. I take one day off for a rest period. My ? is, my trouble spots are jiggly under amrs and abs. I really enjoy your slow and heavy series, gym style series, Butts and Guts, muscle endurance, and muscle max, and the upper body DVD. I usually do upper body 2x/week, and an overall body or legs 1x/week. I always incoperate either core max or the butts and guts ab chapter 3x week. Am I doing this right or would you suggest another rotation? I appericate your input. Kay (gettingfitmom)

i think i just wiated too long to start exercising. I've been at this for two years and just turned 45. i guess it is body fat, the muscle is there...it's just has to make its way to the surface:)

No, you didn't wait too long. It just takes time. Do you have a good idea of how many calories you are expending vs. consuming? Is your diet clean?

no, i don't usually count calories. I usually have cereal and oj, lunch is probably my biggest meal, dinner is usuallu chicken, fish, pork, and occasional steak/burger. I do cook venison and wild duck.(which i'm told are low in fat etc.)I feel I eat reasonably well, my downfall is snacks, ie potatoe chips, etc...........I'm really trying to hold off on that. People see me and go wow, you've lost weight! and I tell them, no, i've just toned up. I haven't lost a single pound. I'm 5'6" and weigh average 130-135. I'll keep plugging along, thanks for the advice. Living on a farm w/ horses, cows, i think (hope) i'm expending a good amount of calories. (hay bales weigh alot and give a good arm workout:) )
