Ah, Lorjac (I think) - a woman aftger my own heart.
The Rhythmic Step / I-Max / MIC DVD:
Do I-max 1 step and blast segments simply by grabbing the remote after each blast and IMMEDIATELY chapter-advancing to the next blast, thereby omitting the recoveries (you just won't believe the heart-pounding quality of that one);
Do the following mish-mosh:
Circuit Max warm-up and hi/lo segments (first two cardio segments), fast-forwarding through the first resistance cycle; THEN CTX's 10-10-10 hi/lo segment; OR Boot Camp cardio only premix omitting warm-up; OR MIC hi-impact segment (begins about 18:40 minutes into the MIC workout); OR Step Jump Pump hi/lo add-on premix (which omits resistance cycles), omitting the fourth low-impact segment if desired;
Create your own I-max 2 Blast Mania by putting it on standard play,and then, just like with I-max 1, do the step and blast segments, grab the remote and IMMEDIATELY chapter-advance to the next step segment thereby omitting the recoveries (this is much more intense than the existing Blast Mania because the recoveries are, well, recoveries rather than cardio work);
Do the Gauntlet workout as a strictly cardio workout by chapter-advancing through all of the resistance cycles, thereby creating an awesome blast melange of I-max 2 and Boot Camp cardio segments;
Do the following mish-mosh:
I-Max 2 warm-up; go then to MixNMatch feature;
Do each BLAST in turn (no mid-range step segment; no recoveries)
Do the Step Blast BLASTS also from the MixNMatch feature
Throw on the Boot Camp cardio only premix omitting warm-up if desired
Also, don't forget about the Cardio Kicks power drills segment, about 15 minutes of intensive lower and upper body work; if you're time-pressed, just sling that on the end of a cardio segment and focus on leg drills only.
