Best cardio dvds when you don't have alot of space

Hi all. I'm wondering what the best cardio dvds are when I'm limited with space. I have a 12 x 10 room, part of whic is taken up with a treadclimber in the corner and other equipment (bench, totalgym) against the wall/in another corner. So, in reality, I have about a about a 6 x 6 foot space. I have MM, S&H, CoreMax, GS, 3 HS dvds. Wondering what else I can buy - for cardio - that doesn't involve the traditional step (not a big fan). Thanks.

Hi Princessbear,

My space is even smaller than yours, and I'm able to use all of Cathe's workouts just fine. On a few of them, I do have to modify a bit by perhaps not moving sideways as much, but it's not too hard to adapt them.

Have you tried kickboxing? Cathe's KickMax and Kick, Punch, Crunch are a lot of fun!

If you have a step but don't like actual step aerobics, you could also try Drill Max. There's a little step choreography in it, but it's pretty basic, and you use the step mostly for drills. It's a lot of fun and is one of my favorite workouts.

Hope this helps!

I feel your pain. I have a small room with a low ceiling, which means modifying some step moves and shortening others. "Kick, Punch, Crunch" and "BootCamp" have worked nicely for me so far. I look forward to checking out the other recommendations in this thread.
