I know that the abs from ME and KPC get me everytime, Muscle Max is also great if you have that as are the abs from High Step Challenge. But if you don't have any of the Hardcores yet, then I would also recommend abs from Cardio and Weights or Pyramid Upper Body (these are on the ball and fairly nontraditional, or at least pretty different from what you find in other Cathe videos--KILLER planks and jackknifes on the ball at the very end. Killer for the abs and very tough on upper body strength, especially if you've just done the whole upper body workout beforehand
