Best abs/core segment?

I don't have CoreMax (yet!!), but I wanted to know besides BC, what workout you think has the best abs/core segement (about 10 min.)that can be done on its own? Not necessarily a premix, could just be a chapter or w.o. blender.

I know that the abs from ME and KPC get me everytime, Muscle Max is also great if you have that as are the abs from High Step Challenge. But if you don't have any of the Hardcores yet, then I would also recommend abs from Cardio and Weights or Pyramid Upper Body (these are on the ball and fairly nontraditional, or at least pretty different from what you find in other Cathe videos--KILLER planks and jackknifes on the ball at the very end. Killer for the abs and very tough on upper body strength, especially if you've just done the whole upper body workout beforehand

I do have MuscleMax & HSC, but I didn't think you could do "abs only" on HSC unless you go thru each individual one (too bad there's no "blender" on hardcores...)

I agree, the ab sections of KPC and Cardio and Weights are great, but ME abs is the best, IMO. Personally, I like it much more than the med ball core workout in HC.
 
Also the "core only" premix from Bootcamp is excellent and fast paced.

Another combo I like is the abds from MIS added to the plank work from CTX power circuit and CTX kickbox. All these are on the Ab Hits DVD.

I'd have to check, but I think that the abs on HSC are just at the end, not attached to every circuit like in Bootcamp.
