Benefit from SS or PP???

Did SS two days ago...

As it is designed, and felt it ! I did PP last sunday and did not feel sore the days after, but during SS I went heavy, sometimes heavier than Cathe, and I added the upper body new footage sections that are in the timesaver DVD... Those ones were challenging at the end of SS :eek: I think I will try the same next time I do PP, to see if it makes any bonus on the workout.

I think that this would be a great idea for next DVD " series".
Although I have enjoyed SS/PP-I very much like the stability ball. You should post this at the suggestion forum.
