Did SS two days ago...
As it is designed, and felt it ! I did PP last sunday and did not feel sore the days after, but during SS I went heavy, sometimes heavier than Cathe, and I added the upper body new footage sections that are in the timesaver DVD... Those ones were challenging at the end of SS I think I will try the same next time I do PP, to see if it makes any bonus on the workout.
