Just a quickie here. I've been good at sticking with the veg eating, but I have been depending on cheese wayyy too much the last two weeks. I am slowly trying to wean myself off of all the dairy. I have been relying on it too much and when I start looking at the fat content and the cholesterol, it's a bit scary. I ordered the Uncheese Cookbook, so I am hoping to get some ideas there for some good alternatives when I get a cheese "snack attack". How are the rest of you gals doing??? Does anyone have a good humus recipe? I made some last night and while it didn't taste "bad", it wasn't worth the after taste that I still have today!!! I'm holding out faith that there is a better recipe out there though.
