You can now access our new Behind The Scenes Blog. We only have a few posts and pictures currently up, but this will change rapidly over the next several days and weeks as we continue to add more information. Once we have filmed the new workouts we will add tons of pictures and video clips from the four workouts.

The purpose of this blog is not only to provide you with further information about our new DVDs, but also to take you behind the scenes of the filming of our new workouts with details you have never seen before.

Make sure to return to our blog frequently as we will be adding new information and pictures throughout the following weeks and days!

Aside from having the actual DVDs in hand, this is, like, the coolest thing ever!!

I LOVE IT!!! Our collective appetite for info on new workouts is, historically, voracious}( I can't think of a better, or funner (I know it's not really a word:+ ) way to keep us satisfied until we get these workouts into our hot little hands. These pictures just whet my appetite more for 'em, can't wait!!!! Thanks so much!!:)

Love the "BEHIND" in the background! How did you do that? Cool site...loved seeing the pix of you all. This makes the wait more exciting. Now, a very important question...what does it say on your tee-shirt Cathe? Looks like a Superman logo! Ha! Can't wait to see more pix. Sooo glad you are back in the swing doing what you love to do. Yeeeah!

Thanks Debbie, I'm glad you like the blog. I think the "BEHIND" is really cool too. I like how it's, well, behind the scenes, :7 We monkeyed around with a few colors too but the purple became my favorite.

As for my shirt, it is a flag that's waving in the wind.

Cathe, LOVE the blog -- what an awesome idea!! :) Once again here you are at the forefront of the industry, doing what nobody else has thought of yet!!!!

Like Mama Deb, I love the "Behind" graphic and the purple is just great (picks up the pink/purple tones in the steps & risers!)

I just wanted to say, too, that Cedie looks AMAZING. Would you pass along a compliment to her? Her arms look so buff and lean, and from what you can see in this picture her legs are just as strong and lean, too. Whatever she's been doing lately, it's magic -- she looks fantastic!!! :)
