I saw your post to another poster on the Ask Cathe forum and you gave a rotation using Slow and Heavy one body part a day except for Legs and Shoulders and then doing intense 30 min. cardio and all I can say is "WOW" I love this rotation. I am now within 1.5 pounds of my goal and you give me Sundays off which is my usual day off.:7 :) :D

Thank you sooo much for posting it. I am going to follow it again this week. I do have to tweak some of the cardio because I don't have Imax 2 but I was able find things that did work. Again thanks!!

Here you go, it is under the only response to the posters question.

I thought of a complimentary rotation to go along with this one. After doing the S&H rotation with cardio she suggests doing an endurance rotation with longer cardio for 2-4 weeks, I think if you still like the weight/cardio split that for those 2-4 weeks you could do a CTX rotation, since it is endurance based!

Now only to convince dh that I need the CTX series!!:7 :)

I'm so glad that my rotation is helping you out! I love doing this rotation and have seen great results (and I love that I can get great results in 60 to 75 minutes a day. I have a 19 month old son, so time is of the essence!). And congratulations on you weight loss... Wow, only 1.5 pounds til goal!! I've been following your posts and you are so inspirational. You should be very proud!!:)
