BC/ME bonus combo - holy cow

I don't know why I never chose to do this one since I've had the DVD so long now. Did this yesterday and WOWIE. It really doubles up on the sets which gets the burn going. By the time I got to pushups in BC (about 3/4 through) I had to go on my knees b/c my upper body was soooo sore. It really is a fantastic circuit. For those of you who have the DVD I'd say give it a spin for something uniquely different ;)

It's 64 minutes. There's a break down of the exact workouts if you do a search. It's a favorite of mine, too. It's a really, really good workout.
 
The only reason I haven't done this is because it doesn't give the breakdown on the DVD. I WANT TO KNOW WHAT'S AHEAD!!! So I tried the search and couldn't come across it. Anyone have a basic description of the circuits or a thread that covers it? Thanks a bunch.

Thank you VERY much!! I am printing that and sticking it to the back of my DVD case. I get so frustrated when I try to get a menu on the bonus challenge and CAN'T!!!
