I don't know why I never chose to do this one since I've had the DVD so long now. Did this yesterday and WOWIE. It really doubles up on the sets which gets the burn going. By the time I got to pushups in BC (about 3/4 through) I had to go on my knees b/c my upper body was soooo sore. It really is a fantastic circuit. For those of you who have the DVD I'd say give it a spin for something uniquely different
