I see a lot of people post positive reviews about this. There's the app and different programs - what did everyone do? Can you vary this with Cathe workouts (because I need her in my week ).
Right now I'm really enjoying Les Mills but I'm alternating with a Cathe rotation and really like it. I just keep seeing BBG so I'm thinking of doing the same thing if I can settle on one.
