BBG Program with Kayla

Hello,
I see a lot of people post positive reviews about this. There's the app and different programs - what did everyone do? Can you vary this with Cathe workouts (because I need her in my week :)).
Right now I'm really enjoying Les Mills but I'm alternating with a Cathe rotation and really like it. I just keep seeing BBG so I'm thinking of doing the same thing if I can settle on one.

The App is the same as the e books. So if you don't have the e book the app would be cool.
It calls for 2 days and 1 option total body day then you can do your own cardio days. It recommends a 1600 calorie diet and if you have an interval timer and something you can do step ups on and some dumb bells you are set.
