i have them all
the cardio portion is tough.effective for a calorie burner and working the legs. its the treadmill and cardio r about i/2 hr. and upper 1/2 hr.
i do cathe legs instead of bbc legs and cathe gymstle back/s/bi instead of shoulders and back(not effective workout to me)

i am glad i got it because i like the fact that its only 1/2 hour for upper or cardio. the upper body is high reps and is a good w/o

I had them all but sold a couple that I didn't like. I loved Shoulders & Back. Although, my favorite part of it was the abs. I have never been that sore from ab work. It was great!
 
I have all of them. I did a six week rotation with the weight portion. I got excellent results interms of defintion in my upper body. I did other tapes for cardio. I did try the cardio in the arms and abs, but it was too much. I was like Cathe on speed. Kudos for those who were able to do the cardio. I don't have a treadmill, so I didn't do the treadmill workout.
