I have all of them. I did a six week rotation with the weight portion. I got excellent results interms of defintion in my upper body. I did other tapes for cardio. I did try the cardio in the arms and abs, but it was too much. I was like Cathe on speed. Kudos for those who were able to do the cardio. I don't have a treadmill, so I didn't do the treadmill workout.
