Barry's Bootcamp Spreadsheet??

Hi all!!

I just finished a 3 week round of Cathe's Pure Strength. I have been seeing may posts about BBC. I was thinking I will start a 3-4 week round of that b/f I start P90X in November!!! :D I was wondering if anyone has a spreadsheet for the BBC workouts. If so, I would be eternally grateful if you would share them with me!! TIA!

BTW, for all those who have complete P90X- does that sound like a good idea- to go from Cathe's PS to BBC to P90X?

Kim-I just sent you the spreadsheets, which are MS Word documents. Let me know that you got them okay and that you were able to open them up.

As for my experience with BBC....surprisingly, I LOVED them. I'm a die hard Cathe fan and always have a VERY hard time getting 'to know' another instructor. So I wasn't really expecting to like BBC...BUT I DID! I followed the rotation for a full month and felt GREAT! I was at a point in my fitness where I needed a change. I LOVED the cardio/weight on every day. I really did. I didn't take measurements, again, because I was pretty much where I wanted to be, size-wise...but I can tell you that these workouts got the job done when it came to KEEPING my fitness level and muscle tone. The cardio is great...I loved the treadmill work, since I'm a runner and crave runs quite often!

I'm anxious to hear what your thoughts are on these workouts!
