Hi Npuzon! You can buy a barbell as a set or separately. I have seen barbell sets at sporting good stores that include a barbell and weights that go up to 110 pounds. I think that would be plenty weight if you are looking to use this with your videos. You can also order a barbell and weights on line. As I beginner, I think you would do well with a four foot barbell that weighs about 5 pounds. Then I would purchase 2/two pound plates, 2/five pound plates, and 2/seven and a half pound plates for your bar. That should be plenty weight to get started with. For smaller muscle groups such as triceps, biceps and shoulders you will most likely only need smaller plates on each end. For chest and back you will probably only need medium plates on each end and for legs you can use your larger plates on each end of your barbell. This of course is all just a gauge and you may find you could use more or less weight for these body parts.
