Barbell squats in 4DS

Cathe, the barbell squats where you have your heels elevated, is there a different way to hold the barbell? I can't hold it in front like you do, I feel like I'm going to topple forward. Thanks Kay
BTW-I love this leg workout, you definitly feel it the next day:7

Not Cathe of course but I can tell you what helps me - cause you're right, that's a tough squat! My big toes are arthritic so having the heels elevated hurts my feet in that stance. But if I focus on my heels and putting my weight on my heels, it helps me stay on the board rather than leaning forward, AND keeps my feet comfortable too. That might take some of the focus off the quads (which I think is what they are trying to work there) and puts more focus on the hamstrings, which I actually prefer. Just a suggestion! ;-)
 
Thanks, I'll try that. But I'm wondering if I can hold the barbell in a different position because it's hard for me to hold the way Cathe does.
 
You might try putting the bar on your shoulders behind your head. I think that's an option any time you're doing squats but someone correct me if I'm wrong!
