Thanks for writing back so fast! Your response has talked me down from the cliff a bit
I have had an eating disorder in the past, and purposely hadn't tried to restrict myself too much in that department, for fear of re-triggering that mindset. I eat well, just a bit too much. And in looking back over my workouts, I can plainly see that I have NOT been consistant. It's right there in black and white. I'd work out 5 times one week, and 3 the next; 6 times the other, and twice while on travel. There it is. Lact of consistency.
I hope you're not embarrassed, but you've been a big inspiration, and the kick-in-the-pants that I needed today. I was just on the phone to my sister saying "she's a real person, it's not some fake thing on the BFL website, she posts on Cathe, those are her real results!!!"
By the by, I looked at your progress chart, and saw you dropped 10 pounds in the first 2 weeks!! Wowie! Great job!
