I just really had to post about this exercise option. Recovering from a second shoulder injury, on the left side this time and pushups were impossible for a while.
I could finally do them on my knees again, but still felt a bit weak to try back on my toes. I put the band on with Lovely Jen and I could do them, and with no pain!! It was great!! Felt so accomplished
One thing don't put the band too high on the arms, make adjustments so you're comfortable and the band doesn't go towards your neck. First time I did that Lol!! Thanks Cathe you're the best!!!
