Band pushups

I just really had to post about this exercise option. Recovering from a second shoulder injury, on the left side this time and pushups were impossible for a while.
I could finally do them on my knees again, but still felt a bit weak to try back on my toes. I put the band on with Lovely Jen and I could do them, and with no pain!! It was great!! Felt so accomplished :)
One thing don't put the band too high on the arms, make adjustments so you're comfortable and the band doesn't go towards your neck. First time I did that Lol!! Thanks Cathe you're the best!!!
