Back to Heavy Wed 10/10

Hi all,

Hope everyone is having great weekend. I however am under the weather. I got up wanting to do bi's, tri's and shoulders before work but my belly had other plans for me. So now I am spending my Saturday ill on the couch. UGH!!!x( If I start to feel better later I will attempt my workout again.

Yesterday I took a rest day.

Work up early this morning so did GS chest and triceps and then did a 1 km swim while dd was having her swim lesson. Kim

Hi all just checking this morning before going to Church. Today is a rest day for me. I did premix #9 from the new Kick boxing and boot camp workout yesterday I also did the ab workout from KB. That was a great workout.

I am not sure if I will do whats on tap for the rotation tomorrow or if I will do one of the new workout. HMMM...

Hi all,

I feel much better today. Yesterday afternoon I started to feel better so I did Lower Intensity Step and bi's, tri's and shoulders.

Today I went to the dragraces with dh but the car broke so we came home, now I'm off to the grocery store.

It seems everyone had great weekend workouts. 2 weeks left to go. I'm already wondering what the new rotation will be.

Jenn, glad you're feeling better. I always start looking forward to the next rotation by this time, I'm an obsessive planner so always want to know what's up for the next month.

Lori- Enjoy your rest day! I'm kind of glad that I don't have the new dvd's or I'm sure I wouldn't stick to this month's rotation. Hopefully I'll get them at the end of next week and then I don't have that temptation.

Kathy- You're doing great. I have to admit I didn't actually do the 30 mins of stretching that she had on the schedule for Friday. I added the 10 mins of ab work onto KM and then skipped the day with 30 m stretching/10 abs. Just didn't feel like I needed a long stretch as I took 2 rest days last week.

This morning I did Imax 2 (my favourite all time workout) and CM3. Also had a 90 min walk while helping ds deliver papers. I'm taking a rest day tomorrow as have a volunteer meeting and then kids piano lessons after work. Then I'm ready to tackle week 4 of this rotation. I'm enjoying this rotation although the scale hasn't moved. ;( Kim
 
Good Morning... I did stick to the rotation this morning and did Gym Styles BSB. I only have this week left for the rotation so I thought on the day that it call for a bike ride I might do a premix of cardio from one of the 4DS. The weather is going to be nice this week may be I will also do the bike ride and get a double work out for that day. :)

Hey how about those RED SOX last night? Did anyone watch? GO SOX!!

Lori: I am going to do that too and add a cardio premix in place of the bike ride. I did that last week too.

Kim: thanks..Sorry that the scale isn't cooperating with you. I was doing really well until the inlaws came this weekend. I had pizza and cheesecake and salty chips. Back on track though...My daughter is taking piano lessons too. I thought about skipping the stretch day too. But, that is all I could do on Saturday with the inlaws here...

Lori: I watched the game because hubby was watching in the bedroom and had no choice. I am not much for watching sports on tv. But, in person it is more exciting..Hubby was rooting for the Indians. He is from PA near the Ohio border.

Checking in today with segment 1 of stretch max with the kids for a morning wake up and get out of bed before homeschool lessons. I am off right now to tackle Imax2 and segemnt 3 of core max..

Hi ladies,

Yesterday I did 4DS kickbox and legs. The new leg routine is good. I like the plies but can't keep the tempo that Cathe keeps with that heavy a weight or else my back will take it.

Today is 60 mins step of choice so I think I might practice the new step routines.

Kim- sorry about the scale. I think my scale hates me it is never cooperative.;-) x(

I turned off baseball after the Yankees were out. Baseball season is over here for us.

Checking in today with Gym Style legs. The schedule showed rest and then Gym style BSB...But, I wanted to workout instead of rest and my upper body is still a little sore...So, tomorrow I will do GS BSB..

Hi All

Today I also did Gym Style Legs. I still need to do 10 min of abs I think I will do it tonight with my hubby. The boys had school off today for Teacher in service day my schedule is all messed up. I usually have my workout done by 7AM. I didn't get to workout until noon time because my oldest son had a friend over. I just feel uncomfortable working out in front of my sons friends. Anyone else feel that way?

Hey Lori: I feel the same way about working out in front of the friends of the kids. I have done it once and it was kickmax. I was glad they stayed in the rooms and played.
 
My arms are sore from doing GS BSB, hard to lift up my coffee mug. LOL I also did abs from C&W

Oh, I sure know about kid's friends being over. I've had problems with kids sitting and watching me run on the treadmill,x( or once dd's friend decided doing Cathe with me was more fun than playing Barbie's which ended up with dd having a temper tantrumx( etc. Never seems to work well so I tried to avoid it as much as possible.

CK Sales (a website that sells workout videos in Canada)is closing down and clearing out videos. Then had all VHS videos on for 99 cents so I ordered 3 Cathe dvds and 6 tapes. I got the package today. I got Cathe (IMAX 2/Cardio and Weights, PUB/PLB, Pushpull/Supersets) I had all these on VHS so figured it was a good time to get them on dvd as there was also free shipping.

The VHS were so cheap at 99cents I just got a whole much of random workouts to try. Anyone have any of these?

Hi All first chance I had to get on line. Its a rainy day here. I didn't get my double workout today by going for a bike ride. I did a premix from the 4DS HIS/LIS Double Cardio. I thought it was another good premix I just have to get all the steps down. I also did Core from LIS. While doing the core work my hubby said "wow I can see lines" Of course I was happy!! He made my day. OH HAPPY DAY!!!

Kim I don't have any of those VHS What a great deal.

I just finished GSL, it's always one of those workouts that I dread but I'm glad that I did it when I'm done. No new Cathe dvds yet.

Lori, WTG on the ab definition and so sweet of your DH to compliment you.

Tomorrow is supposed to be a one hour bike ride I might do one of my new tapes instead. Kim
