Back on track! Thank you Cathe for 4D's!!

I did the November 4D's rotation this month and I have had fabulous results! My jeans are looser and just today a coworker commented that I look like I have lost some weight!!

The holidays, starting with last 4th of July, were not kind to me. I have been trying to get my food/diet back in order since then. Why does sugar have to be taste so wonderful?? I am always a faithful exerciser-mostly because your workouts are so much fun, at times grueling, but mostly fun. (I didn't mean it when I sassed-off to you that one day) :)

Something finally "clicked" this month while doing the 4D's workouts. I actually worked out less days but I worked out so much harder on those days. My diet started to fall into place too; it's as if my body was forcing me to choose the clementine over the cookie.

Your well-crafted rotation(and your awesome new series) worked and I love it! I was skeptical at first of the rotation because of the number of rest days, however, they were totally needed. I kept telling myself, "Cathe put this rotation together for a reason; she would never waste my time." :)

Anyway, I just wanted to say "Thank YOU"!!! You and your amazing crew are AWESOME!!

Just wanted to chime in too with kudos for 4DS-- swear, I think I'm addicted to these workouts ;). I'm doing the PUB/PLB workouts this week to give myself a break for a bit (since I had been doing 4DS pretty much since they came out!), but I'm already longing for them again. They've given me such great strength gains and energy! I really love the format, so hopefully we will see a 4DS sequel at some point in the future (once we've done STS over and over and are ready for the next series *hee*).
