Baby Weight loss

Cathe,

First I want to start off saying I hope you are doing great and the recovery process gets better every day! I know how frustrating it is not to be able to workout at your fullest. I have been keeping you in my thoughts and hope you are doing great!

I have been trying to shed the last 10 lbs of my baby weight gain and I can't get it to bundge one little ounce. I don't breast feed and I am watching what I eat. But no results.

Last week I worked out 6 days a week and worked in 7 workouts. I switched it up so that every other day was cardio then weight training. All this hard work last week, I was so proud of myself specially for fitting in one extra workout. I thought for sure when I jumped on the scale Sunday morning I would at least have seen 1 lb difference, but nothing, the same old number looking back at me. I thought I was going to scream. If it wasn't for my 5 month old in the room sleeping I probably would have screamed.

I don't mind if this is my new body weight. I can live happy with that, but how the heck do I get firmed? Should I focus more on weight training and less on cardio? I am getting confussed trying to figure this out.

This is why I am getting confused -
I am thinking the more cardio - the more calories burned there fore more weight loss. HA HA haven't seen any weight come off me.
I am thinking the more weight - the more tone and firm I get, but where the heck is the weight going to go, and if I do more weight then cardio am I not burning off enough calories?

I am starting to think you need to write a fitness journal book that we can reference all our questions too, kind of like our bible. ;) I would call it the "Cathe bible" I know I would take it every where with me.

Your input really helps!

Thank you!
