I have knee problems, but gave the Standing Legs & Abs premix a try last night. I skipped 2 lunge sections and used no weights b/c it's been awhile since I've done standing legwork. I was happy to say that the exercises I did caused no knee twinging and today my knees still feel great....my butt is another story! I LOVED the firewalkers....when I was previewing the workout they didnt look that impressive but man oh man!!
It'll probably be awhile before I add weights into my leg routine but I'm excited to find a leg/glute workout that so far doesnt kill my knees!
