B/C I know you'll understand, I did ALL 10 IMAX 2 intervals!!!

Gimpy knees and all!. I'm so excited! I thought that because of the impact in some of the intervals I'd never be able to get through this one. Alas, I was wrong and today I did all 10 (with some minor modifications). I'll list the modifications I did for those who also have bad knees and might want the info.

Interval 2 or 3: did some of the genie hops, but the ones at the end where you're just hopping from one foot to the next, I substituted power heel digs.

Interval 7: instead of the ski hops did ice skaters. Did do the jumps onto the step and the tuck jumps (well, it wasn't quite a tuck, but the effort was there;-) ).

Interval 9: did very small plie jumps since I was dying and could not catch any air at this point.

Also grounded the power 15's in one of the earlier intervals. But everything else was as is and I feel like I could fly!

That is so cool Sabine! I do know the feeling. I modified a few in Imax2 myself for a long time. Interval 9 still gets me and I usually always modify. Keep up the awesome job!...:)...Carole
 
Sabine you should be so proud of yourself for getting through the most I think Cathe's toughest workout!! Interval 9 is tough}( I do exactly what you do because like you said I can't get the air in.
