Hey Cathe- Have you ever thought of renewing some of your old workouts...mix them up and add some updated music? I love the oldies...and pull them out every once in awhile...but that would be a refreshing change to them. And ofcourse, add the extras...like "music louder option, maybe a blast section at the end, longer stretching, shorter cooldowns
