August Rotation week 4

On Monday Cathe has Bodymax. Are we supposed to do the whole thing because on Tuesday she has PUB. Is this to much weight work on back to back days for the upper body?
 
Origional August WEEK FOUR:

Mon….Body Max
Tues….Pyramid Upper Body plus 30 minute basic step
Wed….Leaner Legs
Thurs…CTX Cardio of choice plus Pyramid lower body stability ball segment only
Fri……CTX cardio of choice plus 10 minutes of abs
Sat:……Leaner Legs followed by PLB stability ball segment only
Sun……OFF

Monday and Tuesday both have upper body work, so perhaps rearranging the workouts to put a day between BM and PUB would give the upper body some recovery time.

MY Week 4:

Mon...Circuit Max (time restricted there fore no body max)
Tue...Leaner Legs
Wed...PUB plus 30"cardio
Thur...CTX cardio choice plus PLB Stab ball only
Fri...CTX casrdio choice plus 10" abs
Sat... Leaner Legs plus PLB stab ball only
Sun.. off

You know that's a very good question.

I was just getting my area ready and glanced at this weeks rotation. I plan on doing it as planned except I may go lite for Tuesday's PUB maybe even doing just the pyramid down premix depending on how I feel.

Judy's idea is nice too, I just want to do Bodymax as I've only done it twice this year whereas circuit max I've done many times this year so far.
 
Perhaps you could very light on Bodymax, say restricting your weights to 5 & 8lbs and then go heavy on PUB. This could be very effective. I know that when I go light on an otherwise moderate or heavy weight workout, it's kind of motivating and feels good.

I'm wondering the same thing except for lower body. I'm just starting week 1 ( I know I'm late starting) and I notice that PS legs follows ME - which is two lower body in a row?! Cardio and weights is next - I'm wondering if I should substitute CW inbetween the two?
 
Well I know this question was asked yesterday and I just wanted to say that yesterday (monday) I did bodymax in it's entirety and went heavy with upper body . This morning I did not feel sore at all so I went ahead and did PUB the pyramid up premix due to time constraints and my upper body is feeling fine ...now I have no idea if and when DOMS will set in but for now I'm feeling really good.

Once again just listen to your body and you will know if you need to go lite the following day.
