I just got back from holidays and started doing the August rotation on the 24th. I'm appreciate suggestions for substitutes for the runs. I have a two year old and a three year old so I can do workout tapes during nap time but going running is not an option (to be honest I'm a stepper not a runner). I'd also appreciate suggestions for substitutions for Ab Hits.
So far my workout this month has been:
Aug 1 to 16 holidays (hiking in mountains, swimming, some weights)
Aug 17 40 min bike (return home on same day)
Aug 18 Gauntlet
Aug 19,20 too hot to workout
Aug 21 Viper
Aug 22 1 hour wagon walk with kids
Aug 23 Muscular Endurance
Aug 24 start rotation 75 min IMAX2 Xtreme
Aug 25 Pyramid L.B., 1 3/4 hour walk with kids
Aug 26 Imax One, 30 min walk with kids, 9 holes of golf
