Morning! Bright and early this morning was KPC and PLB Stability ball work. It actually seemed easy today! LOL

Hi Everyone,

I don't have KPC or PLB so I did KM including leg conditioning drills plus GS legs floor. It was a good workout :)! I think my legs will feel it tomorrow!

Hello ladies and good morning,

Welcome to Day 10:) !

Today I did KPC for the first time, it was great. Just the right amount of intensity. It was a nice change from the step. I really had to be careful not to hyper-extend my arms and legs. I must say my previous TAEBO experience came in handy with this workout. However, I like Cathe's workout better. The stability ball part is great, although I must work up to the pyramid pushup on the ball--that's a little scary;( . I substituted GS Legs Floorwork for PLB. Even though that segment was about 25 minutes, I just wanted it to end. I was tired:) but I feel great now.

Hi everyone. Today I did KPC ( I really wish Cathe would do another workout like this one!) and the PLB stability ball work. Not bad, not bad at all!

Did KPC and PLB stability ball. My hamstrings were already sore from yesterday's workout, I had to do some of the exercises without the ball.

I wasn't able to fit in the second Bootcamp yesterday. I will try to fit it in sometime this week, or maybe I'll add to Saturday's workout instead of doing the 3 mile run.

I have not done well with eating the past two days . Monday was my birthday and my kids and brothers took me out to dinner. Yesterday we had a company outing and I got home late and ate dinner very late.

I'm back on track today.
 
Ok I am off to do this workout shortly. I also plan to add upper bodyy work in later in the day.

Conni- I am not a big fan of kickboxing but its growing on me :)
Katrina did you do pub and gymstyles legs? I am a bit confused...maybe cause it's early for me:)
Charlotte and Carla-Report back after you do bootcamp double. I think you are going to like it!

Good Morning Everyone,
Just finished Day 3. In the first week of this rotation is there atleast ONE day where my legs aren't going to be hurting? My bum is so sore, I guess from those walking lunges yesterday. I also added another 10 kms run in last night.
It amazing how we can arrange these workouts to give us some great workouts. Makes me wonder how many more options there are.Not so sure I want to find out though:)

I did Bootcamp today, but I did it like someone else did yesterday and did each section twice in a row. My achilles is much better, just think 5 miles was too much for me right now. Looking forward to DPC tomorrow, it sounds easier than today! Will have a short swim at lunch as I have a training session to run this afternoon.
 
Oh my gosh...I had EVERY intention of doing BC 2 x's. I was totally ready for it...mentally. I thought about going lighter on my weights but I didn't want to do that in case I couldn't make it through again and then would feel like I sort of cheated myself on a great workout. Anyway, I maxed out on my weights the first time through and felt great, tired, and totally worked out. I made it through the first cycle the second time then had to quit. If I had continued I just would have been flouncing around and sick. So, instead of the homemade workout planned for next Monday I will do BC again and try to make it through the 2nd or 3rd cycle 2 x's. I will keep BC in my rotation adding a cyle to get through 2 x's each time until I can do it twice. Silly, I know, but that is my new fitness goal...to get through BC 2 x's!!! Anyway, I had an awesome workout. Since I'm not working today, I may fit in an extra cardio or do PP or SS tonight for an extra light workout since I couldn't push through BC 2 x's.

Hi Gogigi! I wouldn't sweat it (pun intended LOL) if I were you. Doing BC even 1x through is a great accomplishment. You shouldn't feel you have to do it 2x. Just forge ahead w/the rotation as written. Just my .02 anyway.

Last night was Day 2 for me IMAX 1. Its been so many years since I did this one I forgot how good it is & I was amazed to find also how easy it is in comparison to IMAX 3!! Tonight's the long workout SJ&P + KM leg drills. I sure hope my legs will stand the test of time w/this very challenging rotation. Take care everyone! Kathy:D
 
Hi everyone!

Had a very early hair appointment this morning, so I had to skip this morning's workout. I will be doing KPC and PLB ball work this evening however. I may have to take an off day tomorrow. We shall see how my schedule goes.

I am really sore in upper body from Boot Camp yesterday which is pretty strange. Seems like my whole rib cage hurts when I breathe.

Good day all:

I had to be at work at 6:30 today, so didn't get my full workout in yet. I did the PLB stability ball work and the ab work from KPC. Will get the rest of KPC done this afternoon.
 
Thanks Kathy H.! I did C&W a few hours later to make up for the fact that I couldn't do BC 2 x's in a row. I want to push myself beyond my usual limits(for this rotation) but I still couldn't talk myslef into BC again even a few hours later...tee hee!

I'll be doing BootCamp X2 today (well, attempting the second round). I was doing gardening and landscaping projects yesterday (hauling 50 pound bags of gravel, stones, and sand) and blew off my workout, so now I'm a day behind. But mentally and physically, I needed that day off from a formal workout and I feel super-energized today.

I enjoyed the 5 mile workout. I felt invigorated. I needed the challenge to push myself beyond my normal daily routine.
 
I took yesterday off and today was BootCamp x 2. It was a toughie, but I loved it! The second time through went faster than the first time through. Can't wait to do KP&C tomorrow! It will "almost" be east, compared to today! ;-)

I did the workout early this morning and it is 2:45 p.m. and I am already starting to feel it! I wonder what I will feel like in the morning! :eek:

Good job everyone! Having fun and feeling great!

Hi Ladies,

KPC and the stability ball section of PLB felt very easy compared to Bootcamp2X. I was feeling the effect of bootcamp this morning, but today workout was great! I am looking forward to doing HSC tomorrow, I love that workout!

Hi All! I'm behind too but fitting all the workouts in between my classes...I did IMax 3 & the 20 TERMINATOR SQUAT THRUSTS! Whew! Lori, my "bum" was sore after all those walking lunges too. I'm really enjoying this rotation as it is making me pull out workouts I haven't done in ages but still challenging me bigtime. Good job EVERYONE. No failures here...we are all listening to our bodies!
