Went to bed after 11 last night(which is late for me) Didn't sleep and is up way too early for all that:confused:

Hope all is well. Wooh...today I did 1/2 of Gym Style legs and the ankle weight section of the Legs and Glutes. I'm jello on the lower end. Giggle.....

I just am in disbelief that....at this exact moment in 1 week we will be Friday AM steppin!!!! Goodie Goodie Gum Drops!!!!!

I am teaching VBS this week and today is the last day. I'm can then focus on packing and preparing for the RT!

I'm just Giddy inside!
 
Tayna, I'll join ya in the jello legs ;) I just finished B&G leg blast premix.

I started putting my workout clothes into their baggies this morning. So the packing has begun!! I would like to be mostly packed by Sunday. Work will be really busy Mon, Tues and Weds. So I don't won't to have to stress over packing!!

Speaking of legs, my legs are so sore from 4DS Legs on Wednesday night I'm having trouble getting in and out of my chair. And it's worse today than it was yesterday! I probably should have rested my legs last night but I ended up doing CCV1 on my bike. Probably didn't help much...:p

I'm going to start ziplocking my exercise outfits this weekend. Maybe that will get me to stop shopping!!! I was going to try and fit everything in my travel suitcase, then realized that I'm driving and can bring any suitcase I want. OH NO! More room = more options.
 
Ha Ha Ha Melissa, you sound like me!! Remember I worked my legs on Sunday and Monday wasn't bad, but Tues and Wed I could barely walk. Not to even mention going to the bathroom :eek:


I am trying very hard to make everything fit into my carry on. I did it last year. Surely I can do it again!!
 
Hi ladies! Just plugging away here at work trying to stick to my meal plan. I signed up for the trial Nutrition Planner membership. It seems like there are a lot of cool options on there and I like how the scorecard lets you know how you are doing. Unfortunately, we are eating ribs tonight at my parents house after we help them put in some plants, so I'm probably going to be getting some F's after that dinner! ;) I spent last night shoveling dirt from where we are putting in our patio. I figure that should definitely count as a workout! ;) Will be doing more of that tonight when I put in mom's plants. My arms should look good next week, but my legs are going to be in hurtsville! ;)

I’m having a stay-at-home day today, waiting for deliveries and stuff.

Today is probably a rest day because I am sooooo sore and tired after 3 days straight of 4DS workouts. I think my little wonky knees could use a break, anyway. I’ll see how I’m feeling later and maybe I’ll get up and do something, but I can still finish out the 4DS tomorrow. Man, I am such a wimp. I was also intimidated by those BC photos from the July RT. I will admit right here a couple of things—I keep knees bent and not far from the high step when I do tricep dips. Lordy I hate dips. Also, I can’t do the ones with feet up on the ball at all. I always gamely try and give up and do regular dips. Just thought I’d get some confessions out of the way before you see me flopping around weakly at the RT!

Melissa, I’ve considered starting to Ziploc my outfits already, too, but haven’t yet. Maybe I’ll do the least wrinkling ones first. :) And yep, I got the outfit from Nike.com. I’m actually wearing it now. I figured I better try it out before I pack it.
 
You know, the more I read these posts from you guys, the more excited I get about seeing y'all on Friday!!! Everyone else will be freaking out when Cathe walks in the door, but it's going to be all about you guys with me. I'll be like "AUGHHH, it's LAINIEFIG!!!" ;)

Since we are confessing things, I'll just let you guys know right now that I will not be doing big girl push-ups on the RT. In fact, I am so out of shape at the moment, there will probably be a lot of things that I will be modifying. :( I haven't had a good workout since Cathe's morning Step class. I'd say I was going to go home and get one in tonight, but I know I will be doing landscaping all evening. I promise to do something tomorrow though! If I can get in at least 3 good workouts before the RT, I'll feel much better about it.
 
Hello all!!!

I wish I would have bought stock in Ziploc before we all started our packing! I'm sure they are making some good money this month. :)

My confession: I will be the one doing push-ups on my knees, skippig reps (occassionally!), modifying high impact moves so this post childbirth bladder doesn't leak all over the place, squatting and lunging shallow so my knees make it home with me and royally messing up most of the step moves on my 4" platform. :eek:

Liann, I would love to hear how you like the Nutrition Software. It looks really neat. Landscaping sounds like quite the workout. I'm sure you will burn lots of calories.

Lanie, enjoy your rest day! I was hoping for rain today so I could have a stay at home day as well. No luck, the sun is shining and my kiddos want to go to the pool. My laundry will wait yet another day.

Catherine, best of luck with squeezing everything into your carry on. I hope it works out for you!

Melissa, that is a HUGE advantage to driving. Plenty of room for plenty of stuff. :p I am driving my big ol' SUV so if the pull-up tower is ready, I will be taking that puppy home! (wishful thinking, I know!)

Tanya, congrats on your jello legs. I love that feeling!

My WO plan today is Circuit Max after the pool. My DD will nap and my DS's will watch a movie so hopefully I can get an uninterrupted WO. Have a fantastic Friday!

Catherine-You are way ahead of me on the packing!! I haven't even printed out the medical forms etc. yet or my maps. I can't believe it is next week!!

Liann-I was just looking at the Nutritional Plan and debating about signing up. I'll be there with you on my knees for the push-ups:).

Tanya-Congrats on that great leg workout. No wonder your legs feel like jello.

Becca-I hope you were able to get in an uninterrupted workout.

Lainie-You deserve a rest day after doing 3 days of 4DS.

Melissa-Driving does have its perks, doesn't it!?;) I don't think I could fit all of my stuff in my travel suitcase so I might crack out the monster suitcase!

Here is my confession-I will be the one standing there looking dumbfounded during the step class as I can't do directional changes to save my life. Last year I was very glad to be off to the back for that class!!

Oh my...

...I am really behind I guess! I need to get crackin' on my ziplockin'!!! I use to teach kickboxing for 8 years so I have a few outfits. But, since then....found an extra 10 pounds due to a happy remarriage (grins!)! So, hmmmm...wondering if those still fit. I guess I need to do inventory. Sigh......

Okay, I echo the confession: I do girlie push ups too!!!

Tomorrow----> Gym Style Chest and tris. I use to do full body weights...but after a LONG debate (with myself---->I HATE change) and NOW love splitting it up! Change can be good....when the mind is receptive!

I'll check in tomorrow!
