Thanks Cathe for the rotation!
I made a committment to myself to do this. This will be my very first Cathe rotation!!! I started on Monday and so far so good. I was missing several DVDs so I bought 6 of them (I have wanted GS for a while now anyway), and I am now only missing one - CTX Kickbox so I am going to substitute Kick Max.
I'm really looking forward to this and it will be a big accomplishment for me. And in some ways it makes it easier to know what i'm doing. Sometimes I come home from work (very tired) and sit down in front of my shelf of all Cathe DVDs and try to decide which one to do - now I know exactly what I am doing each day.
I will need to change the cycling days to something else since I don't belong to a gym and do not have a convenient place to bike on the week days near by. I will either do step, power walk with hills, or run on those days.
