Hi Road Trippers!
We just wanted to let you know that we haven’t forgotten about doing an evaluation of our weekend. We’ve been working with Cathe and Chris et al. on preparing a comprehensive survey that will be easy for you to use and valuable for Cathe, and we’re ALMOST done with it. Just a little head’s up that you’ll be receiving it from us via e-mail in the next day or two.
This survey will be in the form of an MS Word document. IF YOU CANNOT USE MS WORD, please alert Kathy S. and we will send you the document in RTF format. Please note that because of the length and format of the document, we cannot paste its text into an e-mail, and we STRONGLY prefer to send it back and forth to you all via e-mail. In an emergency, and we do mean if there’s no other alternative, we can send you a snail mail copy, but trust us, you are going to prefer to do this on your computer, too.
Aside from the survey, we believe we’ve wrapped everything up. If we’ve overlooked YOU for any reason and you need something from us, sing out — we’re here to help!
We miss you all and hope we’ll see you on ***the next*** Road Trip!! (Oh yeah, we do believe there WILL be another one next year!)
