Hi Clare,

I did it, I did it, I did it!! How did it go? Well, let's just say that at one point, as I was doing the one-legged squats (the one where one foot is on the step), I started thinking "I want my mommy!" LL really had me sweating too! I had to pause the tape a couple of times just to wipe the sweat off my face. I know I'm going to feel it tomorrow. Lucky for me, tomorrow is a rest day!

I'm so glad that I did it. I was proud of myself when I was done.

I glad that I was told to give it a shot and I'm going to continue doing LL.

I had no idea that I was rated "male"....how did that happen?

good for you!!!!!!! excellent news!

Those one legged squats really work, you really feel the burn on them.
My legs began to shake during the plie squats, I almost refused to go on!!

So, now it'll be a regular on your fitness scene. What's next to conquer?

Hi Clare,

I had to REALLY focus in order to do those one-legged squats. I think that the next time I do LL, I'm going to try doing them with a stability ball.

After I complete my CTX rotation, I'm going to move on to the Total Body Blast rotation that Cathe created. :)
