Hi Honeybunch! I got my BBJ bun & thigh rocker yesterday & really like it. Using one leg is excellent for working the 'buttizemo' muscles. Thats the first & last time I'll use that word . . . lol . . I'm glad you commented on your new toy because now I have one too. I saw them in the mall for $179.00. You got an excellent deal and I got a good one. Happy Rocking!

Hot diggity! Glad you like it. I'd been wanting one for years, but couldn't justify the cost, I guess. I wish I'd taken the plunge because I sure love it!

It certainly is a serious piece of hardware, and it shortens my leg workouts, which I love! I'm always after time saving methods, which is why I flipped over the CTX series, also.

My moto with future clients will be: Exercise, but don't let it take over your life! Be smart, be efficient, and be done!

I'm so glad to hear you ladies like the bun & thigh rocker. I've been eyeing one at #####'s Sporting Goods (in NJ) for $100. I think I'll get mine this weekend!

And you will give us a full report when you get it home and try it out, right?

Hey gettinfit! If you didn't get your buns and thigh rocker yet email me @ [email protected] --My girlfriend is moving to California and she is selling everything in her house!I live in Blackwood, Nj and I'm 5 minutes away from ***** sporting goods!I'll deliver it to you if you want. Let me know! It's the ****!

I like your motto Honeybunch! You're going to be an awesome trainer. I rocked before doing Power Hour yesterday. It gave me the extra work I need & was fun. I was thrilled upon doing one leg squats and feeling the burn. I, like you, have wanted one for a long time. . . Waiting saved $$'s; better late than never. I agree, its a good piece of machinery.
Have you ever used the l0 pound bands for cardio? I had read where they used to have blue bands for aerobics but mine didn't include them. Do you think using it aerobically w/ 20 pounds does any significant toning? Since the blue bands are discontinued, I'm thinking it wasn't worth doing or that the l0 pound bands used to be blue? What is your professional opinion? Didn't that sound good? 'professional'. I know you're happy & worked hard for your title.
I'd like to hear Donna's opinion too. I'm loving my rocker! Now if I could just binge on oranges and not ice cream, I'd had my buns of steel. haha..

It just occurred to me, gettingfit isn't Donna. Donna is gettingfit38 or something.... Sorry about that.

Make your binges on sugar free, fat free ice cream and you won't do as much damage. There are some good ones out there.

My professional opinion on the B&TR for cardio......cardio preferences are so individual! You'd just have to try it, but be sure your favorite TV show is playing! I tried it for a little while, yes, with the blue rubber thingy's, and it seemed kind of boring. Maybe you could do it with a cardio circuit of 10 minutes on the B&TR, 10 on an exercise bike, and 10 minutes of the Hi/Lo segment of 10-10-10- by our guru, Cathe.

The blue bands are more flexible, and MAY be better for using the machine for cardio. You may be able to order spares from Jake's company.

I'm the second professional jock in my family - my oldest son is a golf pro. I always envyed my kids because they were both in cool professions - the youngest one is a graphic artist. Now I'm cool, too!

Is your son on the PGA tour or a Club Pro? Just curious. My husband is an avid golfer and watches golf ALL the time. I find it boring. I tease and say, the highlight is when the men shake their butts before hitting the ball... My husband played Pebble Beach 13-l4 years ago. I rode in the cart. It was a beautiful course. I've tried to play but just don't like it. Do you play? Thats great that you're amongst the professional jocks.

I think I'll stick to rocking for work not cardio. I always feel like I haven't really worked out unless I do something Cathe.
