Attn: Fitness Freak Please Help :)

I see all of your posts and you are so kind and helpful I thought maybe you could help me out... I am Currently 5'2 120 lb ..I work out about 5-6 times per week... Cathe, P90x I enjoy more of a freestyle training program. I have finally gotten the GO HEAVY ITS BETTER.. and yes I am seeing differences... My question is this>>>> How many calories per day do I need..I have no freaking idea... I would like to lose about 8-10 lbs... I am a clean eater but am unsure how many calories to eat.. THank you for your time!!!!

Not Fitness Freak but I know if you google that exact question you will get tons of sites with calculators to help you figure it out... Just thought I'd give my 2 cents lol

The calorie range you should eat in is 1414 to 1615. To maintain your weight you should eat 2019 calories a day so don't worry about going that high on certain days if you feel hungry. But to lose, you should be eating in the range I show above.
