Someone asked over on the CC forum if we could get our bonus challenges for October (10/25), November (11/29), and December (12/27) lined up early. The idea is to get our holiday playlists made up ahead of time and try to avoid some of the chaos.
Another idea is to ask Sean to pick our bonus challenge for the Christmas PP workout. Is this acceptable to everyone?
Shannon (SRP) has already picked one for October -- V6 CH 3 with a 1:00 level 2 hill | 2:00 level 3 hill | 1:00 level 4 hill -- I know, it's hills, but it's short and sweet and it gets the job done!
Here's a list of challenges we haven't used yet:
- V1 CH 1 - 6:00 - (6) :20 level 3 hills | :40 recovery
- V1 CH 3 - 3:43 - 3:00 level 3 trek (fast climb) + :20 level 4 effort to finish
- V2 CH 2 - 8:24 - 3:00 level 3 hill climb | :15 recovery | 3:00 level 3 sprint
- V2 CH 3 - 8:39 - (4) level 4 :45 treks (fast hill) | 1:00 recovery
- V3 CH 1 - 6:02 - (6) :30 level 3 sprints | :30 recovery
- V3 CH 3 - 2:56 - (4) :10 level 4 sprints | :30 recovery
- V4 CH 1 - 8:15 - 2:00 level 3 sprints | :30 recovery | 2:00 level 3 hill | :30 recovery | 2:00 level 3 sprint
- V4 CH 2 - 7:56 - 1:00 level 3 hill | 1:00 level 4 hill | :30 recovery | repeat
