Athletic Step gets 5 stars!!

All I can say is wow!!!! No wonder Collage listed it as a staff favorite. The choreography isnt't too tough, but Cathe really works you. And in the third combo, there's only about a million richochets. :D I loved, loved, loved it. Bravo Cathe and crew. Not sure what I'll do next, but I know one thing for sure. I will eat my Wheaties before I start my work out tomorrow. :D

I am so glad to hear you liked it! I am really looking forward to athletic step. I know I will love it. My UPS delivery is supposed to bring it all tomorrow - then BRING IT ON! will be my motto :)

UPS delivered the package at 8pm yesterday. So, I decided to try Athletic Step this morning. It was fun and challenging.... I definitely need to work on my footwork in a few areas. I didn't want to rewind so I found myself facing the wrong way a couple times! There were a few moves I hadn't seen before.

I really enjoyed the workout and look forward to trying the others.

I tried Athletic Step this morning and all I can say is that I may need to watch the DVD a couple of times before I actually get the footwork. I was a mess this morning but give myself an 'A' for effort anyway ;)
 
I did Athletic Step and enjoyed it. The choreography is easy to pick up. Perfect length too!

I did Athelic Step today and a few minutes after the warmup, I moved the step out of the way and had a blast. I never preview the whole workout before hand, so I had to think safety first. I was still sweating bullets. Can't wait to try it again.
 
I did this workout tonight and it rocked. I was sweating like crazy. It was so much fun to do. I like the start burst, 2 knee repeaters, hold it, switch, left right left right and I smiled all the way through it...LOVE. Tomorrow it's travel fit...going out of town. :)

I did Athletic Step today and it was great! I am sure this will be a "go to" step workout when I can' make up my mind which one to do! I will need to work on some of the choreography, but its not that hard and I'm pretty sure I will master this one quickly. I am looking forward to trying the others! Bravo Cathe!
 
Oh, boy!

Athletic Step & Travel Fit are the ones I look forward to the most! I really love step, & Cathe's is the best because of the fun factor, & that her cueing is so good!

Hi Cakebaker: If you like Cathe's step, you'll really like Step Moves, so put that on your "looking forward to" list! I was goig to do Athletic Step yesterday, but ran out of time(hosted Christmas yesterday for my family), so, I'm going to do it with in the hour -- I'm really looking forward to doing this one!;)
 
I did this one today. I love the new moves and the variations to the older moves. I picked up the moves pretty quick. I was huffin' and puffin' during this workout. It was alot of fun. Although I was disappointed when it was over....I wanted to keep going! So I did travel fit after it. That will be great to do on vacation. I had major fire in my upper body :confused:. I think I need to use a heavier band during the leg portion. I have a pretty pliable band I use for upper body (I have always found Cathe's band were way to hard for me, but they may just do the trick for the legs)

I think I will do one of the MMA workouts tomorrow.

I have done this one twice so far - the first time I did it 2x's thru to get the moves all down pat.
Loved it also - very doable! :D
