Hi all! I am feeling so mad at myself! I truly ate like a pig more than 50% of this weekend!
It all started on Friday night. We went to a steak house.... I had BBQ ribs, salad, and worst of all 1/4 of a DESSERT!!!!!!!!!! (ice cream, apple pie !!!!!!!!!!) Then on Saturday we were with friends and I was bad for 2 meals (cx fingers for lunch and chinese for dinner!!!!!!!! Then today I had mexican (2 enchilada's) for lunch! I don't know what is wrong with me!!!!!!!!!!! I have had so many cravings and just haven't been able to stop myself! Plus, my hubby isn't helping any! I did work out Thurs., Friday, Saturday and today so at least I didn't 100% lose it! I am just feeling really guilty.
I haven't been watching my diet so much lately. I think it is because I have lost quite a bit of weight and was starting to feel that "slack off" feeling. I think not watching my menu has actually left me with more cravings because I am probably not eating the right things.
Anyway, I am going to start FRESH and BRAND New tomorrow! I guess what is in the past is in the past Right!!!??? We went to the grocery store today and bought all the good stuff again (we were out of a lot of the staples) so hopefully that will help.
I just had to tell someone. I figured if anyone can understand how I am feeling it is all of you!
Anyone know a good way to get over this bad phase? I am thinking of trying the Body RX and have ordered the book from my bookstore. It should be in this week
