Arrival time

I booked my flight and I arrive in Philly 10:30 AM on Friday. I will be leaving Philly 7:16 PM on Sunday. Thought we could get this thread started so that some of us can commute together to and from the hotel.

I'm so excited!

For some reason, I'm hesitant to book my flight. I have no idea why. I checked fares, etc. and I can get a flight that leaves Toronto and gets me into Philly at 12:57. I think I'm hesitant because the ticket is non-refundable and non-transferable. Ack!

Somebody make me just go ahead and book it.

How lucky you are to get to go and meet Cathe again! In case you don't remember, we met a little over a year ago at the MOA. Are any of the other Minnesota ladies going also? I want to hear all about it! Have a blast (a step blast that is!)

Yes, I remember our meeting. It was great! And, no, I don't think the other ladies are going to go. Although, I still haven't heard back from Jillybean. I'm keeping my fingers crossed!

I, too, am hesitant to book my flights. I just want an itinerary so I know I'm not arriving too late or leaving too early. Shelley - I think I can get a flight that arrives about the same time as the one from Toronto. Maybe we could coordinate our arrival/departure times? :)

I wouldn't if I were you. We don't have any idea of the agenda yet. If you book w/out that information, you may find that you arrive at the wrong time!
 
I'm wanting to book my flight now too! I'm getting antsy! :p But, I'm going to try and hold out until I see the agenda. I know a couple of us from Chicago are going to try and get on the same flight out of O'Hare. The prices are really good right now and I hope they stay that way for a little while longer. :)
 
I think you're right. I'm going to wait a few days, just to see if we get any idea of agenda. And Emily, it would be great if we could arrive around the same time. Don't forget I'll have to go through US Customs so it will take me longer to get through!
 
I, too, am holding off on booking anything until Cathe publishes the agenda. That should be shortly after the grand opening of her gym.

I booked my flt too. I will arrive in Philly at1:25 on Friday and will leave Philly at 4:05 on Sunday. I can't wait. I thought I could maybe check out Philly if I arrive to early. I am going with a girlfriend and we are planning on renting a car. I am hoping there will be shuttles but we don't know as of yet. I will keep checking the ask Cathe forum for updates.
