The cardio with gloves, the bonus heavy bag, and the kickbox combos, yes, low impact is very much possible. I wasn't always jumpropping when Cathe was. But the kickbox cardio is all high impact and plyo moves. Some low impact maybe possible but probably not to much. But I can see the rest of it being modified for lower impact. The kickbox cardio is like xtrain boxing cardio part, a lot of jumping and no rest time. The cardio with gloves has a lot of shuffeling and jump ropping with some jack, but they can be modified. But in the cardio gloves, there is a lot of upper body punching, more than xtrain boxing. I found my 16oz gloves very heavy by the end. But, like I said before, you definately feel it in the core when you are doing in correctly. I hope I answer well enough. Let me know if I can tell you more.
