I like the little bit of tightness/soreness that lets you know you worked. I am not a big fan of the legs cramping up so much everytime I sit down that I walk bowlegged when I stand up and start crying at the thought of reaching to the floor to pick up my dropped pen DOMS.
Ha, this is the only place where I'm not a weirdo for loving DOMS, the pain that hurts so good. Someone on here (maybe Debbie?) used to have in her signature "If I'm not hurtin', I'm not happy." This is exactly how I feel!
