Are you finding "tough moves" easier?

I am talking about the tough moves you had difficulties with at the start of LIS. For me it was ALL those plank moves. Those are my weaknesses. Today I noticed while doing Afterburn, that I completed most, if not all of those horrible mountain climbers, walking planks & spider planks. I even increased my speed, which was surprising. My arms felt stronger as did my quads while doing the moves. I kept thinking "train like a warrior". What a motivating line! Cathe is soooo funny in Afterburn. At the end when she says "burn that butt!!" I was laughing :D

I am also getting better at navigating my discs. I can stay on them fairly easy without sliding off so often.


Has anyone else noticed certain moves becoming easier?
 
I've noticed the same thing. I did only LIS the previous 2 weeks. Today I did Bootcamp which usually is really tough for me with all plank work and those mountain climber burpees (terminator squat thrusts). Today I was able to do all the plank work without modifying and could do all of the mountain climber burpees. Before, I could only do a few. I felt so accomplished and I know it was because of LIS that I had improved so much so quickly. LIS has caused me to see noticeable improvements in my fitness abilities quickly just like HIIT did for me when I first started doing those workouts. LIS rocks!!!!

I've noticed this also. & what a GREAT sense of accomplishment it gives me! Cathe's way of pushing me to greater levels of fitness is one of the many things I love about her!
