I am talking about the tough moves you had difficulties with at the start of LIS. For me it was ALL those plank moves. Those are my weaknesses. Today I noticed while doing Afterburn, that I completed most, if not all of those horrible mountain climbers, walking planks & spider planks. I even increased my speed, which was surprising. My arms felt stronger as did my quads while doing the moves. I kept thinking "train like a warrior". What a motivating line! Cathe is soooo funny in Afterburn. At the end when she says "burn that butt!!" I was laughing
I am also getting better at navigating my discs. I can stay on them fairly easy without sliding off so often.
Has anyone else noticed certain moves becoming easier?
