April rotation

Oh gosh, so sorry everyone! I’ve had a really crazy week and I forgot to post the rotation in the forum here. I’ll post it now !


Hi Everyone! This month we’ll alternate weeks of heavier weight training with weeks of more moderate weight training. We’ll also do a mix of cardio types to cross train your endurance and keep your heart pumping! If you don’t do step please feel free to replace your step workout each week with a cardio or your choice! Eat well, stay hydrated, and give it all you’ve got!
