If anyone hasn't seen I posted my rotation on yesterday's check in. Todays workout is BM2 cardion only and abs.

Hi Randi!

Your rotation looks great! I'm tempted... and as I said, am going to miss 4 DS, BUT.. I think I want to change it up a bit. Yesterday's PUB really showed me that my body's gotten used to slower and heavier stuff. i think the endurance strength will be a good change up for me. And then hopefully, will go back to slower and heavier with STS in May!??!?!?! I'm excited! The blog and STS forums get me pumped up for those new workouts, yet scared, all at the same time!!

I am going to copy your Rotation , though, and save it!! I know I will want to go back to 4 DS at some point. I love those workouts!

I didn't have the best weekend, emotionally. A friend was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis , another friend I work with had to leave work with heart racing issues , and then I found out, an 8 year old boy, who I've known from an online group since before he was born (a group of us all met on an expecting a baby in Sept of 1999 forum), has basically lost his 15 month battle with Leukemia. His parents are going to take him home, to live out his last weeks at home. I'm emotionally crushed by all this.

My workouts help alot, though. I did KPC this morning, and felt good punching and kicking! So therepeutic! But I'm still sad....

We're going to take the boys to see "Horton Hears a Who" after school. I'm hoping it gets my mind off of all this...

Randi, that rotation looks great. I have too many new DVDs this month to give it a try, but I'm going to keep it in mind for the future.

Chris, I'm so sorry about all your bad news. Life just stinks sometimes. I may have mentioned this, but a little girl with the same condition as my daughter recently had surgery and is just not doing well at all. A kickboxing workout definitely gets out some of the frustration.

This morning I did Sharon Twombly's Athletic Step Jam (a new CIA). I did it last week, but wasn't able to finish all the cardio, but I did today. Did the abs part, too. It's about a 90-minute workout, but fun. Tomorrow will be weights of some type - maybe the new Kelly Coffey Meyers I just received yesterday.

Jojo, what a great workout!! Thanks for the comp on my rotation:) Yeah definatly keep it in mind I'll let you know how it works out for me in the end;)
Gosh guys I'm in love with this new singer Leona lewis I can't wait till her cd comes out monday!!

Chris: Sorry to hear about all that depressing news! Glad you have workouts to go to for some emotional release...

Joanne: Haven't tried those workouts. I will have to give them a try!!

Randi: Enjoy your rotation this month...I just looked at Cathe's for April and will of course give that one a go...Good luck.


Well, my sister and niece and nephew went home today..
:-( But, I enjoy their visit..I am off now to start Cathe's April rotation. Hubby took my son to his baseball practice. So, the girls are home chilling and exercising...Off to tack Imax!!!
