Your rotation looks great! I'm tempted... and as I said, am going to miss 4 DS, BUT.. I think I want to change it up a bit. Yesterday's PUB really showed me that my body's gotten used to slower and heavier stuff. i think the endurance strength will be a good change up for me. And then hopefully, will go back to slower and heavier with STS in May!??!?!?! I'm excited! The blog and STS forums get me pumped up for those new workouts, yet scared, all at the same time!!
I am going to copy your Rotation , though, and save it!! I know I will want to go back to 4 DS at some point. I love those workouts!
I didn't have the best weekend, emotionally. A friend was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis , another friend I work with had to leave work with heart racing issues , and then I found out, an 8 year old boy, who I've known from an online group since before he was born (a group of us all met on an expecting a baby in Sept of 1999 forum), has basically lost his 15 month battle with Leukemia. His parents are going to take him home, to live out his last weeks at home. I'm emotionally crushed by all this.
My workouts help alot, though. I did KPC this morning, and felt good punching and kicking! So therepeutic! But I'm still sad....
We're going to take the boys to see "Horton Hears a Who" after school. I'm hoping it gets my mind off of all this...
