I just started Meso 1, 6-month rotation, and wanted to move through it a little quicker, so I thought I'd try STS 4 days per week. It's been tough, with 3 days rest for the targeted body parts, but I'm enjoying a decent level of DOMS that I really wasn't experiencing pre-STS. The bonus: I can finally do 10 push ups on my toes. This is after years and years of not being able to move beyond my knees.
Anywho, I'm tired, but so far, it's in a good way. The days I add cardio on to STS wipe me out, but I figure I'm still acclimating. If I'm still worn out a couple of weeks from now, I may ease up.
