Anyone use Cathe exclusively?

I use nothing but Cathe. I loaned some of my Firms to my sis-in-law - trying to get her motivated to work out. I knew Cathe would scare her off. Sold some of the Firms. Kept a couple that were favorites, but never use them. Sold or gave away everything non-Firm.

Since I discovered Cathe, I've broken down a couple of times and got strength training tapes from other instructors but have always been disappointed with them.

I finally made the move and sold all of my Firm Classics via ebay and half.com plus some other CIA's that I had;
After having them for years collecting dust and using Cathe exclusively it was time .

I found the Firm to be a bit boring and not very motivating for me, CIA's I didn't care for either. Cathe's personality and music overall won me over...I respond better to club style dance music and that's what Cathe uses...I'm an 80's child who grew up in NYC and so that type of music is in my blood. The Firms & Others just didn't 'Do it' for me.
 
When it comes to strength training I am currently doing about 70% Cathe and about 30% the Firm. I found Cathe in April and since then have been seeing some significant improvements in my strength capabilities and muscle definition. It would not surprise me that I turn more to Cathe as I progress and soon it would be closer to 90%.

For cardio, most Cathe is just way too tough on my knees (both surgically repaired). I can do a 30 minute cardio from the CTX series, but on days when she asks to double up it's tough! I do about 80% of my cardio from other instructors and 20% Cathe. I am intrigued by some of her interval workouts, like Imax 2, and may try those in the future and see how I do and how I can modify.

While I follow Cathe's rotations, I do make quite a few substitutes from other instructors. The rotations have helped breath new life into my older workouts and Cathe workouts have helped me feel like I can push harder than before.

yes, yes. yes!!!

I own just about every Firm video ever made and haven't touched them in years. I recently bought the new ones that came with the step and have only done them twice. When it comes to results, Cathe is Queen, and I felt that I was wasting my time doing the others!

I haven't sold any, though, and I really should. They take up so much room on my shelves!

I use Cathe's tapes 99% of the time. I have a couple of Baron Baptista yoga tapes. Other videos just don't cut it for me.
I am really excited about the Body Blast Series and I also ordered my high step:7 Susan
 
I use Cathe cardio 3-4 x's a week and use the old Firms for weight work for 90% of the time. To mix things up, I'll throw in a Cathe weight workout and I also train at a gym.

I absolutely love Cathe's style, but I am loyal to the Firm because they introduced me to weight training and inspired me to become a Personal Trainer.

There's nothing better than a Cathe cardio tape for cardio and I also love CircuitMax, Cardio Kicks Bodymax, IMAX and Bootcamp.

I don't do any video exclusively. I tend to like to mix my instructors so that I don't become bored.
