Anyone remember the Legs/Glutes rotation? (August '04)

I'm finishing week 1 of this, and holy cow, it's been a week of solid lower body soreness!!!!! If Cathe is looking for a subtitle for this rotation, it could be "Sore Ass for a Month!" Owie.

Does anyone remember their experience with this one? I'm having a great time with it, and like that it really is a very different week from one to the next, but boy, is my lower body going to be spent by the end of the month.

Just curious what others thought of it.

Hello! I'm doing this rotation right now as well. Just finishing up week 2 as I started the first full week of March.

I have a friend that did it last fall and she got GREAT results w/ it! She's a runner and it really increased her endurance and strength in her legs!! She didn't need to lose weight, so she didn't. But, she said her legs look GREAT!

I hope I see results. Loving it so far!!!! Good luck w/ it!

I'm SO glad to hear that your friend got such great results!!! That's great news! Although, not a surprise - this is an awesome leg rotation.

I just realized I'm doing the same rotation this month!! Like you, I'm glad that there is alot of variation from week to week. I get bored easily. I would love to hear how this works out for you at the end of the month.
