Seems like a lof of people answering on the 'how many meals do you eat a day' thread also list their calorie count.
Anybody like me, who doesn't count...at all? I mean, I will take note of the calorie count of any processed foods I eat, but other than that, I just eat when I'm hungry, and when I stick with whole foods, there's no problem with having to count calories, I've found.
Even this summer, when I'm eating more fat (from avocados, nuts, coconut 'cream'--the most lucious, raw coconut oil product I've come across yet: I'm right now eating a fruit bowl of strawberres and mango with a tablespoon of that on plus some raw dried unsweetened coconut on top, YUM!), I'm not having any weight problems. The problem comes with processed foods.
So how about it, anybody just 'eat'?
