Hi! I LOVE this workout, although I dread it a bit. I find the first leg section is almost an interval workout, I get pretty out of breath. Then, the leg work with the paper plates is REALLY tough, and I love all the pushup variations. I am always really sore the day after this one, it is really an excellent functional fitness routine, I think. Nothing else makes my abs sore like this tape. Plus I really enjoy Mindy, I would have to say after cathe she's my favourite instructor. I feel that this is a bit like an Imax: ie, it would be really good for me to throw it in there once a week.
