Hi,

I feel I must apologize because I did originally write about this and debated whether I'd post it or not and sneezed bumping the enter key. I didn't mean to post this as I felt it might be too personal a topic to post or invite others to share about. So, I went back in to delete it but could not, but was able to delete the body of it successfully. However, the title stayed no matter what I did to delete it. So, I apologize for the inadvertent original post. Thank you for your time. As you can imagine this has been a very stressful time for me and I'm sorry for any confusion this may have caused.

That's okay. Hoping things are going well for you and that you are finding the support that you need.

Hi;)

Thanks! My husband is supportive but he's the only one that I've shared this with as I don't have any relatives here and no friends so not much to tell on that count. Its tough, and still having to wait for a re-exam in six months. I've been praying a lot and doing what I can to promote a healthy immune system and boost my bodies natural healing abilities to clear this virus and be well. I do know its one step at a time with this and I can't think to far ahead of myself and start worrying about the what if's when I need to wait for the answers first beforehand. One thing at a time. Thank you for your kind words;)

Hugs and blessings;)

Hey now...HPV is so prevalent that its estimated 90% of people will contract it sometime in their life, and many won't know it because for most it clears the body in 1-2 years. There are 2 strains that are considered most prevalent to cause cancer of the cervix and those are 16 and 18. You should be able to get that information from your doctor what strains you have. There are over a 100 strains of HPV, a dozen or more can lead to cancer (rarely though considering statistics) but its 16 and 18 that are responsible for the majority, including throat cancer for men. And btw, this is a man's issue, they are the ones that spread it unknowingly because there is NO test for men. Only women can be tested for HPV and now that diagnostic tests are so advanced, many more women are coming up positive. The HPV virus' that cause warts do not cause cancer, and the vast majority of women who do contract HPV clear this from their body, so stay positive and eat plenty of *real* food such as grass fed beef, organic free-range eggs, coconut oil, raw garlic in your salad, tumeric, blueberries..i.e.. high orac value fruits, lots of sleep and get the stress out of your life. Hope you are feeling better about this.
